Membership Benefits & Access Notice

RONA membership benefits, programs, resources, partner opportunities, platform access, discounts, events, training, and other membership features may vary by membership level and are subject to change, modification, replacement, or discontinuation at the discretion of the Remote Online Notary Association (RONA).

Membership benefits are based on the membership level in which you are actively enrolled. Certain benefits, programs, resources, and opportunities may be available exclusively to Annual Members or other designated membership levels.

RONA may update membership benefits as the Association, its programs, partnerships, technology, and community continue to evolve. Membership does not guarantee continued access to any specific benefit, resource, program, partnership, platform, event, or service for the entire duration of a membership.

By purchasing or renewing a RONA membership, you acknowledge and agree that membership benefits and access may change during your membership period.

Membership Benefits, Programs & Access

Membership in the Remote Online Notary Association (“RONA”) provides access to benefits, resources, programs, educational content, community features, partner opportunities, and other services based upon the member’s active membership level.

RONA reserves the right to add, modify, limit, replace, suspend, or discontinue any membership benefit, program, resource, service, partnership, event, platform feature, training opportunity, directory listing, referral opportunity, or other membership offering at any time.

Membership benefits may differ between membership levels, including Annual Membership, Monthly Membership, or any other membership category offered by RONA. Certain benefits or programs may be designated exclusively for specific membership levels based upon administrative requirements, program eligibility, partnership requirements, operational considerations, or other factors determined by RONA.

Membership does not create a contractual entitlement to any individual benefit, program, resource, opportunity, partnership, or feature continuing unchanged throughout the membership period.

RONA may periodically update its membership structure, benefits, eligibility requirements, pricing, or access levels as necessary to support the growth, sustainability, administration, and operation of the Association.

Membership Status and Access

Access to membership benefits requires an active membership in good standing.

If a membership expires, lapses, is canceled, or payment is unsuccessful, access to memberonly programs, resources, platforms, directories, partner opportunities, and other benefits may be suspended or terminated.

If the member later rejoins RONA, the member will be subject to the membership pricing, benefits, terms, and eligibility requirements in effect at the time of re-enrollment unless RONA expressly provides otherwise.

Grandfathered Membership Pricing

Members who currently receive grandfathered membership pricing may continue receiving that pricing for so long as the applicable membership remains continuously active and payments remain current

Grandfathered pricing applies only to the membership price. It does not guarantee that membership benefits, programs, resources, or access will remain unchanged.

If a grandfathered membership is canceled, expires, lapses, or otherwise becomes inactive, the grandfathered rate may be forfeited. Any future enrollment will be subject to the Partner Programs and Third-Party Opportunities
membership pricing and membership structure available at that time.

Partner Programs and Third-Party Opportunities

Certain RONA membership benefits may involve relationships, programs, discounts, referral opportunities, technology platforms, or services provided by third parties.

Participation in these programs may be subject to additional eligibility requirements established by RONA or the third-party provider. RONA cannot guarantee the continued availability of any third-party partnership, benefit, program, discount, referral opportunity, or service.

RONA Resources and Intellectual Property

Educational materials, templates, guides, presentations, recordings, training materials, downloads, forms, checklists, graphics, and other resources made available through RONA are provided for the individual use of the member unless otherwise expressly authorized.

RONA materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, redistributed, shared outside of the membership community, represented as another person’s or organization’s original work, or used to create substantially similar resources for another membership organization, training program, course, or commercial purpose without prior written authorization from RONA.

Member access to RONA resources does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights in those materials.
